Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council is looking forward to opening a new 4G pitch.
In order to develop a community led approach to sports participation, we are seeking expressions of interest from constituted, relevant organisations to become a partner with the day-to-day management of the pitch and changing pavilion for community bookings. Our Corporate Plan 2024/28 aims for our residents and visitors to live healthier more fulfilling and longer lives. One way of achieving this is to have local people involved in local sports.
If you or your organisation are interested in working with us to manage this facility, it will involve taking and managing bookings, along with opening/closing, regular litter pick and inspection of the facility. A partnership approach will be developed by a criterion led Expression of Interest process, which will be tested against eligibility, affordability, feasibility, deliverability and sustainability.

Where we consider it relevant, the responses to queries raised may be issued to all applicants in the process, with the identity of the applicant raising the query being kept confidential.
We reserve the right to raise queries with applicants in relation to their submissions at any stage of the process.
